Set in ancient Yodfat in the Galilee, Israel, the concert was recorded in an archeological site cave in the spring of 2009.

The members of Diwan Saz are mostly from the modern-day village of Yodfat. They are led by their teacher, Yohai Barack, a master of the saz - a traditional Turkish instrument. Other guests who recorded on this CD include: Udi Ben Knaan (lyra), Rani Lorenz (bass), Yitzhak Ventura (Turkish Ney).
