Trois personnes ont péri dans l'incendie criminel d'une agence bancaire mercredi à Athènes, lors de manifestations contre le plan d'austérité.
Lors de cette journée de grève générale, la troisième depuis le début de l'année, des dizaines de milliers de manifestants ont défilé dans la capitale grecque où de violents affrontements ont opposé des groupes de protestataires aux forces de l'ordre, qui ont tiré des grenades lacrymogènes.
Deux hommes et une femme, qui était enceinte, sont morts asphyxiés dans un immeuble de deux étages qui abritait une agence de la banque Marfin, sur lequel des manifestants ont lancé des cocktails Molotov. Deux bâtiments publics ont également été incendiés. REUTERS 05/05/2010
